Coverage Policies
Neyzen Car provides liability coverage for its vehicles as required by applicable law.  In most instances, this will include coverage for the renter or authorized driver up to the financial responsibility limits of the applicable jurisdiction at no additional charge. The Neyzen Car renter is responsible for all damage or theft of the Neyzen Car vehicle subject to certain exclusions contained in the Neyzen Car rental agreement.

Accidents and Injuries
In the event of an accident, contact the Neyzen Car emergency number + 90 532 424 57 87 for assistance.  All accidents involving bodily injury must be reported to the local police department where the accident occurred. The driver is required to complete an accident report required by local authorities.

Roadside problems
In the case that the car has any problems – the time limit of replacement and the procedure of replacement is 1 hour for a new vehicle on the Bodrum Peninsula and 2 hours between Izmir and Dalaman  (including Ephesus, Pamukkale, Aphrodisias and Marmaris). In other regions in Turkey the time limit of replacement and the procedure of replacement will be informed with the rental agreement.

Rental Qualification, Driver's License and Age
A valid driver’s license is required for all renters of any Neyzen Car vehicle. The license must have been valid for 2 years at the time of rental, and remain valid throughout the rental period. All drivers must meet Neyzen Car requirements, for example the rental minimum age is 21 years.  Driver’s licenses from all countries are accepted in Turkey.

Additional Drivers
Other individuals may be listed as additional drivers, provided they are at least 21 years of age and have had a valid driver’s license for minimum 2 years, and complete an additional driver form, available only at the time of rental. An additional  driver fee will apply for each additional driver.
