Payment 
A credit card deposit as well as and passport number are required with reservation. Full payment will be charged when the renter receives his car and has completed filling out the Neyzen Car contract. The following major credit cards are accepted for payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club and Eurocard.

Rental Extension
Cars are due back at the date/time specified on the rental agreement. If you need to extend your rental, you must call the Neyzen Car rental location directly or + 90 532 424 57 87 for assistance and rate.

Late Fees
Neyzen Car rentals are based on a 24-hour day. If the vehicle is not returned at the same time of rental 24 hours later, an hourly rate of 20% of the daily charge applies up to 2 hours. After 2 hours the rate for an additional day will be applied. 

Parking tickets / Traffic violations
Any parking tickets or traffic violations are the responsibility of the renter.

No Show Policy
In the case of confirmed rental reservation Neyzen kindly requests that the renter cancels 48 hours in advance, otherwise a no show fee may be applied.
